Once a student has learned to read and shows an interest in music, piano or drum lessons are a great option. (Typically age 6-8) Preparation at this level takes commitment and dedication that is intrinsically motivated by the joy and beauty of listening to themselves, working hard and sharing. Five days a week of practice signed off and tracked by a parent is required.
Tuition for private instruction is based on the time and teacher's experience. 

Beginning violin lessons (typically age 7 and older) will cover the fundamental techniques needed to become a violinist. We will develop the proper method of left hand position and bow technique (right hand). Note reading and music theory will be addressed at each lesson. For more advanced students, we will focus more on playing musically and working on more difficult pieces of music. Lessons will generally be once a week for 30 minutes. Daily practice will be imperative to ensure that progress is made at every lesson.

Audition Preparation packages are designed for vocalist who have an intermediate to advanced skill set, but would like coaching for a specific audition (scholarship opportunities, musical theater, etc.) Audition material can be chosen together or you can bring in required pieces. 

Packages are for 4-6 lessons to be scheduled for one hour based on the teacher and students availability.
