I hope everyone is back in the groove and adjusting to earlier bedtimes and faster paced mornings. As we prepare to begin the Selah Fall Term, I wanted to make sure you know a couple of ways to save time.
Always refer to our website ANNOUNCEMENT tab to see any upcoming events. You can find all past Notables (our monthly emails like this one) from the Monthly Notables section just in case you miss the email.
Setting up AutoPay is the preferred and simplest option for tuition payments. In this video, the video below will guide you through the process of setting up autopay through My Music Staff.
By following these steps, you will be able to automatically pay your emailed invoices, saving you time and ensuring that your bills are always paid on time. This feature will also allow us to focus on creating fun content for lessons instead of managing payments. Please watch the video and follow the instructions to set up autopay. Invoices go out on the 28th of each month.
Remember to update your maps as you head to lessons for Sarah and Shelia. Both families have made the move!
Please remember to wait until your lesson time to enter the studio homes. We do not want to rush the lesson in progress. As we teach out of our homes, we ask that you please have your child use the bathroom before or after our short lesson time and only use our private resident bathrooms if there is an emergency.
All lessons, theory parties, and recitals have been added to the portal calendar. That means you can see lesson details, register for theory parties, register for recitals and make changes if needed. Now would be a great time to cancel if you will be missing a lesson this fall. As others cancel you may have the option of registering for an open lesson time. Remember the nitty gritty details can always be found easily through our FAQ&Policy tab.
Be sure to bring your Journal (former students) and books! If you don’t know which book to get, be sure to chat with your teacher. If you are a new Selah Family, please go in at your lesson time with your child and get to know your teacher.
Musically Yours,
Shelia Miguez
